Alexia Papachrisostomou

I am a Solicitor in the Child Care department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors, having joined in September 2020. I am based in the Shepherd's Bush office and work under the supervision of solicitor and director Sophie Fretten. I work within a team of solicitors, caseworkers and trainees primarily involved in all areas of child care law including public law children work, namely care proceedings, child protection conferences and PLO outlines.

My expertise in public child care law includes assisting vulnerable clients with learning difficulties, substance and alcohol misuse and victims of domestic abuse. I have assisted in child care cases representing parents in cases of emotional or physical neglect and sexual abuse.

I also represent parents, family members and children as parties to applications for private child arrangement orders, specific issue orders and prohibited steps orders.
