I am a Caseworker in the Criminal Law Department at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. I have dealt with a variety of cases ranging from common assault to possession of class A drugs. These cases range from Magistrates Court to Crown Court hearings.
I frequently take instructions from clients in order to ensure each case is dealt with in accordance with each client's best interest. I have experience dealing with vulnerable clients including those that have been sectioned as well as those suffering from psychological issues.
